Toyota Tundra TRD Pro 2023: Redesign and Interior. The all-new Toyota Tundra TRD Pro 2023 is coming to the markets. After Ram introduced its impressive 1500 TRX model, Tundra TRD Pro is not a real treat. Moreover, it seems like the Ford F-150 Raptor is also a step ahead of Tundra.
That means Ford and Ram will continue to dominate the segment. Toyota will stick to its reliable 5.7-liter V8 engine with 380 horsepower. This has to change in the near future. Tundra TRD Pro is a high-performance pickup truck and it has to keep up with its biggest rivals. Thanks to that, changes are possible.
Toyota is already thinking about a new powertrain option. However, we don’t know if Tundra will get this new output in 2023. On the other hand, various reports are predicting for this engine to power Toyota’s future TRD Pro nameplates.
Major changes are a must for the new-gen Tundra, we just have to wait and see when these changes will happen. The TRD Pro remains the range-topping trim level. If you want more luxury, the Platinum trim is a great choice, while the TRD Sport offers a little less equipment.

As for the performances, the new Toyota Tundra TRD Pro 2023 will probably remain the same. This truck will deploy a familiar 5.7-liter V8 gasoline engine. The powerful V8 is capable of producing 380 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque. Moreover, Tundra TRD Pro can tow up to 9,200 pounds.

An all-wheel-drive setup is offered as standard, just like the six-speed automatic transmission. As we already wrote, Toyota is working on a new twin-turbo engine so the current V8 could be dropped in the near future.
Tundra TRD Pro 2023: Equipment and Colors
Like any other range-topping trim level, the 2012 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro doesn’t offer so many options. Basically, this trim level comes with plenty of standard equipment, so optional features are very limited. These are the things you need to know if you are looking for a new Tundra TRD Pro. You can choose between two different body styles. You can get this pickup truck in a Crew Cab setup with a short bed. On the other hand, a Double cab comes with a larger box. The bed lengths are offering up to 12 inches of difference.
The Tundra TRD Pro 2023 won’t offer famous Army Green exterior paint. This comes as a huge disappointment as the rest of the TRD Pro variants are available with this color. Tundra offers colors such as Lunar Rock, Super White, Magnetic Gray, and Midnight Black. On the inside, this trim comes with black leather upholstery with red contrast stitching.

While the Premium trim level offers optional packages, the TRD Pro version doesn’t. We are talking about various technology and driver-assistance packages. On the other hand, Tundra will offer a bed extender, stainless steel steps, remote tailgate, and BedRug Bedliner.
Toyota Tundra TRD Pro 2023 Redesign
The forthcoming Toyota Tundra TRD Pro 2023 is a very capable off-roader. Unlike the rest of the trim levels, Tundra TRD Pro comes with a special exhaust system and different suspension. The 2023 variant comes with 18-inch alloy wheels and leather upholstery.
Again, Toyota will upgrade other TRD Pro models, including the Sequoia SUV and Tacoma pickup truck. Tundra will probably gain more upgrades in 2023. While this is the most powerful version, it is a model that is thirstier, so fuel efficiency is still an issue.
