The one option will be a 2.7-liter inline-4 which will be able to make 185 hp and the torque of 184 pound-feet. This unit will pair with a 6-speed automatic gearbox and will come with the standard front-wheel drive system. As for the fuel economy, it gets 20 mpg in the city and 24 mpg on the highway.

The second option is a 3.5-liter V-6 which will be mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The total output of this unit will be 295 horses and the torque of 263 pound-feet. The fuel efficiency of this unit will differ depending on a trim level and drivetrain.
On the other hand, the new Kluger could feature a hybrid engine too. It should be a combination of a 3.5-liter V-6 engine and electric motors. The total output of this engine will be up to 306 horses. In the base trim, this unit will get 30 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway. In the higher trims, it is estimated to be 29 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway.
Design of exterior and interior
The Toyota Kluger 2023 won’t differ from the current model. The front end is dominated by the large grille and a pair of slim and narrow headlamps. Its styling is unique and rather unconventional which you either like it or not.
